Guyton – Lawrence Edward Benjamin, 81, passed away April 23, 2023 at his daughter's residence.

The Indiana native graduated from Zephyr Hills High School where he ran track and played basketball. He retired from retail management.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Benjamin and Mary Boyce Underhill.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Linda Benjamin; daughters, Teryl McLane (Keith), Hope Muehlenbeck (Gary), and Dana Cason (Donald); grandchildren, Lance Nelson, Cahlie Nelson, Allison Clark, Kristen Cason, Kirsten Jones, Chloe Jones, Gabriel Jones, Noah Nelson, Katie Cason, and Andrew Melillo; great-grandchildren, Aubree Nelson, Evelyn Sherwood, Rowan Clark, Elijah Sherwood, Lila Clark, and Tripp Cason; a brother, Joe Benjamin; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29, 2023 at Turkey Branch Baptist Church followed by funeral services at 11 a.m.
