Bloomingdale-Mr. Lawrence E. Lollis, Jr., 86, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2009 in
Apopka, FL.
Mr. Lollis was a member of the Faulkville Baptist Church and was preceded in death by
his wife, Eleanor E. Lollis. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and retired from Derst
Bakery.
Survivors include three children, Larry Lollis of Orlando, FL, Louise Davis of Zellwood,
FL and Lewis Lollis of Sarasota, FL; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and
nine great-great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Calvin Lollis of Bryan County; sister,
Bernice Dopel of Ohio and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel in Pooler with Rev. Albert Hill officiating.
