Mr. Lee Walter Conover, 70, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Candler Hospital.

Lee was born in Barnegat, New Jersey.  He was a proud retired Navy Chief, having served his country for 21 years, including tours in Vietnam and Desert Storm.  He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, and grandfather as well as an amazing provider for his family.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Waters Woods Conover; children, Vicki Cavanah (Dustin), Patricia Sullivan (Shain), and Allen McDaniel; grandchildren, Jasper Sullivan, Connor McDaniel, Harper, Kaylee, Christian, Cameron, and Morrigan Cavanah; siblings, Mickey Haines, Fred Priestley and Georgeanne Priestley; sister-in-law, Janet Darlene Boutell "J.D.", and several nieces and nephews.

Lee's wishes were to be cremated with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
