Lee Adam Singletary, Jr., 30, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Adam was born in Savannah.  He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Adam Singletary, Sr., his son, Lee Adam "Trey" Singletary, III, and his paternal great-grandmother, Mary Singletary.

Survivors include his daughters, Olivia and Leanna Singletary; mother, Wendy Singletary; brother, Cody Singletary; sisters, Nicki Coy, Kristina Gattie and Brianna Fisher; maternal grandmother, Loreen Phillips; paternal grandfather, Walt Singletary; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

The visitation will be on Saturday from 3 until 4 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
