Lillian Faith Isonhood, 50, of Allenhurst, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at Hospice Savannah.

Faith will be missed by her husband of 25 years, Richard L. Isonhood, III; children, Haileigh Polk (Jay), L. Wade Newman, III (Alesha Harrington), Richard L. Isonhood, IV (Haley), and Luke D. Isonhood; grandchildren, Hunter L. Polk, Aubree F. Polk, and Elijiah C. Polk; mother, Peggy R. Hilton; siblings, Alvin Hilton III (Christy), Andrew Hilton (Melissa), and Hannah Roush, as well as 10 nieces and nephews.

Faith was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by her father, Alvin Hilton, Jr.; son, Harlan Christopher Newman; grandparents, Rufus and Lillian Irene Cail.  Faith was a member of South Newington Baptist Church and was active in church ministry, children's church, youth ministry, and the bus ministry.  She was employed with the YMCA – Prime Time program in Long County.  She will be remembered for being a Godly lady, being headstrong, stubborn, patient, and loving her cowboy boots.  She was a loving wife, mother of 5, foster mother to many, grandmother, daughter, and sister.  She was a servant of the Lord and led many to the Lord.  She loved everyone and hated no one.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral to honor Faith's life will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.  Pastor Steve McCoy will officiate.  The pallbearers will be Alvin Hilton III, Andrew Hilton, Austin Hilton, Matthew Roush, Gabriel Cabrera, and Alvin Hilton, IV.  The honorary pallbearers will be L. Wade Newman, III, Richard Isonhood IV, Luke Isonhood, Jay Polk, and Andy Hilton.
