Rincon - Lilly Inez Morris Godley, 78, died Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Hospice
Savannah.

The North Carolina native attended Rincon Church of God and retired from Merchant's
Credit Bureau. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Steve Morris, Sr. and
Lillie Etta Toler; and siblings, Rayfield Morris, Leola Morris-Rafi, Hazel Irene
Morris-Wheaton, John Reel Morris, Steve Morris, Jr., Jimmy Alfred Morris, Penny
Elizabeth Morris-Bonvicino.

Survivors include her husband, William Franklin Godley; son, Rev. William Franklin
(Barbara) Godley, Jr.; daughters, Brenda Bracken, Vera (Dennis M.) Jones, and Vickie
(Steven E.) Decker; sisters, Letha Morris-Salgado and Esther Morris-Rowe; brothers,
Phillip G. Morris and Chester Morgan Morris; 12 grandchildren, William Franklin
Godley, III, Angela Cowger, James Godley, Amanda Grant, Craig Bracken, Michael
Bracken, Renae Bracken, Gerald Mitchell Jones, Steven Elliott Decker, Jr., Kaelyn
Ashley Decker, Jacob Coy Decker, and Addison Grace Decker; 8 great-grandchildren,
Landon Mitchell Jones, Madeline Jean Cowger, Isabella Rose Cowger, Madison
Elizabeth Bracken, Cameron Michael Bracken, Mason Bradley Bracken, Trenton James
Bracken, Riley Claire Bracken; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel.

Interment will be in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
