Mrs. Linda Lou Blake, 83, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

She was born in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Robert Booth and Evelyn Lacey Booth.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Blake.  She grew up in Birmingham, and later lived in Columbus, Mississippi, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and Odenville, Alabama before moving to Bloomingdale.  She was a former member of Chevis Oaks Baptist Church and currently a member of the Bloomingdale First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sons, Rev. Steven Blake (DeLynn) and Stacey Blake (Jane); grandchildren, Ashley Blake, Patrick Blake, Garrett Blake, Danielle Naples, DeLynn Straub, and Michelle Traynor; great-grandchildren, Madison, Taylor, Autumn, Blake, Brandon, Caitlin, Jonathan, Steven, Joshua, Tristan, EmiLee, and Liam; sister, Betty Brasher, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 12 noon until 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 17 ^th at the Bloomingdale First Baptist Church located at 2 East Moore Street.  The funeral to honor Linda's life will follow at 1 p.m. at the church.

The burial will be at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20 ^th at the Indian Springs Baptist Church Cemetery located at 185 Walter Myers Road in Petal, Mississippi.
