Cumming, GA – Linda D. Brown, 79, passed away July 21, 2023 at Memorial Health.

The Massillon, Ohio native was a retired professor having taught for most of her 30 years at Gainesville State College. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Morrow.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Brown; children, Melinda Warnock Ownbey and Sam Warnock (Sara); grandchildren, David Wilson, Alex Ownbey (Elizabeth), Cody Warnock (Kathy), and Caitlin Warnock; great-grandchildren, Aiden Wilson, Avery Floyd, Archer Ownbey, and C.J. Warnock; sisters, Jenny Pratt (Horace) and Debi Griffith (Michael); and brother, Gregory White (Lori).

Services will be private.
