Obituary
Ellabell-Mrs. Linda Bateman Conner died on Saturday, June 11, 2011 after a prolonged illness.
She was born on January 4, 1948 to Annie Ruth Bateman and the late George W. Bateman. Linda was a 1966 graduate of Savannah High School and a long time employee of the Bryan County Tax Commissioners office.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband of 39 years, W. Lynn Conner; children, Keaton and Holly Conner, David and Marcey Conner, LyAnne and Ronn Polk and Charlton and Micah Riegner; sisters, Joyce Overstreet and Carol McGee; grandchildren, Mary-Ellen, Ava, and Trevin Polk, Sarah and Emily Conner.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
