Mrs. Linda Jewel Kirby "Judy", 72, of Pooler, GA, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Jenkins County to the late Leon & Pearl Johnson Cannady.  She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Bennie Cannady.  She was a member of the Pooler Bible Church and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed cooking, shopping, but most of all, spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Kirby; children, Jeff Kirby (Stephanie), Chris Kirby (Shannon), Brad Kirby, and Jennifer Nowell; sister, Mary Stroud (Charles); brother, Jimmy Cannady (Jean); grandchildren, Dalton Kirby (Stacey), Morgan Kirby (Abby), Erin Floyd, Blake Quick (McKenzie), Garrett Kirby, McKenzie Kirby, Mason Kirby, Abigail Nowell, Peyton Kirby, and Isabel Nowell;  great-grandchildren, Addison Daniel and Dalton Parker Kirby, Jr..

The visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 30 ^th at the funeral home.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 31 ^st in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Hubbard and Rev. Travis Cowart officiating.  The graveside funeral will follow at 3 p.m. at New Hope Cemetery located at 671 Nunez Lexsy Road in Emanuel County with Mr. Jimmy Cannady officiating.  The pallbearers will be Dal Cannady, Wesley Webb, Mason Kirby, Peyton Kirby, Garrett Kirby, Jason Pickard, Philip Cannady, and Blake Quick.
