Linda Kay Luke

Mrs. Linda Kay Luke, 69, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at her home with her loving family with her.

Linda will be missed by her daughters, Rebecca Bolton (Lee), Olivia Taylor (Jason), Makenzie Luke, and Matalyn Luke; grandchildren, Timothy Rials, Jacob Tyre-Turner, Hannah Lovezzola (Keith), Jada Tyre, Brooklyn, and Dahlia; great-grandson, Hayes Lovezzola.

Linda Kay Luke was born n April 3, 1957 in Brunswick, Georgia to Roscoe and Betty Jean Luke. She was a lifelong resident of Savannah where she was retired from the Savannah/Chatham County Public School System. She began her career in 1992 as a substitute teacher at Bartlett Middle School and retired in 2021 as a data clerk entry specialist at New Hampstead High School. Linda had a love of gardening, sewing, puzzles of all sorts and anything colorful. More importantly, she had a deep love for her children, grandchildren and great-grandson. Linda was a member of Central Baptist Church and had a great love of her church family.

The visitation will be on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12 noon until 1 p.m. at Central Baptist Church located at 4010 Old Louisville Road in Garden City, Georgia. The funeral to honor Linda’s life will follow at 1 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
