Ellabell – Mrs. Linda Faye Royal, 70, was called home to be with her heavenly father on August 24, 2012.
Linda was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Bragg, Sr. She had five sisters and two brothers. Linda will always be remembered for her generosity and her dedication to her family. Her Christian faith and strong will served her through difficult times in her life. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all those who knew her.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Talmadge Royal; three children, David Bragg (Pam), Gordon Duggar, Tammy deVegter, Evette Lawrence; grandchildren, Noah, Jeremy, Lori, Perry, Trey, Randy, Russell, Paul, Kelly and Stephanie and several great-grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Bragg, Sr.; sisters, Ann Sheffield (Lavon), Jill Baker (Johnny), Jean Polk (Danny), Bonnie Bowers (Charlie), Sheri Hardeman (Randy); brothers, Jr. Bragg, and Mike Bragg.
The funeral to celebrate Mrs. Royal's life was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 27, 2012 at South Newington Baptist Church in Bloomingdale, Georgia with Rev. Steve McCoy officiating. Pallbearers were Ronnie Bowers, Shawn Bragg, Jason Polk, Travis Hardeman, Michael Polk, Avery Bragg, Cody Paderewski and Chase New. Burial followed at Westside Memorial Gardens.
