Newington – Lisa Seckinger Proctor passed away on October 30, 2024 after her battle with cancer.  She was 61 years old, born on January 20, 1963.

She was preceded in death by her daddy, Donald Seckinger and her brother, Donnie Seckinger.

Survivors include the Love of her life and husband of 22 years, Elliott Proctor, they were married October 27, 2002, and her daughter, Aubrey Sims.
