Obituary
Mrs. Loretta Janet McKay, 78, of Rincon, and formerly of Bloomingdale, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Loretta was born in Savannah to the late Preston John Graham & Beatrice Canady Graham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. McKay, Sr., and a son and daughter-in-law, Daniel Lee McKay & Mary M. McKay. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. She retired from Carey Hilliard's as General Manager after 30 years of service.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Carl R. McKay, Jr. & Mary K. McKay; grandchildren, Megan Yardley and Carl R. McKay, III; great- grandchildren, Desirea, Preston, Tessa, Archer & Reid Yardley, Alex Hogan, and Kaelin McKay ; brother, Patrick Graham, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 3-4 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
