Lou W. Ashcraft

Rincon – Lou W. Ashcraft, 80, passed away March 19, 2018 at The Oaks at Pooler.

The Glynn County native worked in bookkeeping and administrative for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Henry Watkins and Mary Louise; and brother, Gene Whitehurst.

Survivors include her husband, Royce L. Ashcraft; daughter, Luann Howell (Robert); son, Val Ashcraft (Sondra); brother, John Henry Watkins, Jr.; sister, Connie Kennedy; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
