Louann Whiting, 67, of Rincon, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 in her home.

Louann was born in Christopher, IL and was preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Freda Humerickhouse.

She is survived by her children, Josh Whiting and Megan Whiting, her grandchildren Lilly Whiting, Tori Kuhl, Chris Zigler, Rae Lynn Willis, and Savannah Whiting, and her devoted and beloved chihuahua, Tootie Belle.

Louann was an avid reader, loved to work outside in her yard, and made beautiful hand sewn quilts. She was a loyal friend and hard worker and you could always count on her to be there for you. She loved animals and fulfilled her life long dream of opening her own dog grooming shop at age 50, where she worked until her health prevented her from doing so.

A private family service will be held to honor Louann's life. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to animals in need.
