Obituary
Guyton-Mrs. Louise B. Davis, 74, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Hospice Savannah.
Mrs. Louise was born in Tattnall County to the late Bill & Eva Brown. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Gene Davis. She was a member of Meldrim Baptist Church, and always was very involved with the churches that her husband ministered at. She retired from Chatham County Child Support Recovery.
Survivors include her children, Debby Nease (Donnie), Gene Davis, Jr. (Suzi), and Wallace Parker (Tammy); nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Bertha Mae Sapp, and Reba Van-Meter; brothers, Raymond Brown, and Billy Brown; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday at Meldrim Baptist Church located at 229 Ohoopee Avenue. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
