Manfred Sparks, 81, of Savannah, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at his home.
He was born in Portal, GA to the late John Henry & Catherine Idolene Sparks. He served for 30 years in the mission field in Mexico. He was also a self-employed entrepreneur who enjoyed working.
Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Lee Sparks; his sons, David W. Sparks, Stephen W. Sparks, John W. Sparks (Lisa), Felipe Sparks (Emy), Angel Sparks, and Amada Sparks; his daughter, Ann O'Neal; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and his brother, Ralph Sparks.
The visitation will be on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
The funeral will be on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery.
