Manuel "Mandy" Navarro
Fostoria, OH- Manuel "Mandy" Navarro, 78, died Monday, August 26, 2013 at his residence.
The Fostoria, OH native was born January 5, 1935. H e was preceded in death by his parents, Raphael and Flora Navarro and his wife, Christine Scott Navarro. He was a US Air Force Korean War veteran.
Survivors include four children, Wanda Navarro Webb, Ralph "Tony" Navarro (Mary), Joe "Michael" Navarro (Kathy), and Susan "Vikki" Navarro; sister, Consella Cuellar (Arthur); 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday, August 30, 2013 in the funeral home.
Funeral Service: 11 am Saturday, August 31, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
