Margaret Victoria Crosby Clemmons

Brooklet – Margaret Victoria Crosby Clemmons, 86, passed away November 3, 2020 at East GA Regional Medical Center.

The Effingham County native was a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. Crosby, Sr., Mary Helmey, and Lois Zittrauer; husband, John Marion Clemmons, Sr.; grandchildren, Melissa Wilson and Lyle Clemmons.

Survivors include her children, Shelia Burkhart (Randy), John Clemmons, Jr., and Paul Clemmons; grandchildren, Sherri Ruarks, John Clemmons, III, Sarah Burkhart, and James Burkhart (Mary); several great-grandchildren; siblings, Joyce Smith, Vaughn Williams, Wayne Crosby, Jane Moore, and Reba Bishop.

Graveside funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
