Rincon – Margaret Sheffield Phillips Conley, 83, passed away October 15, 2024 at Effingham Care Center.

The Bulloch County native was a member of Maranatha Family Church and retired from BB&T after many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Sheffield and Maryann Williams Sheffield; 8 siblings; husbands, Carlton Phillips and Olan Conley; and son, DeWayne Phillips.

Survivors include her son, Curtis Phillips (Teresa); grandsons, Steven Phillips (Kayla), Austin Phillips, Bradley Phillips, and Ryan Phillips; great-grandsons, Zachary and Kristofer Phillips; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2024 at the funeral home.

Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Rincon Cemetery.
