Mrs. Margaret Fortner White, 74, of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vance & Martha Strickland Fortner, and her brother, Buck Fortner.

Survivors include her husband, James C. White, Sr.; children, Jimbo White (Lori) and Ed White (Frances); grandchildren, JayJay White (Caroline) and Sean White (Kristen), and three great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be on Saturday, December 12 ^th from 12:30 until 1:30 at the funeral home with the funeral to follow at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be in effect, including wearing masks (Chatham County Mandate).  The burial will be on Tuesday, December 15 ^th at 11 a.m. at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
