Guyton- Margie Jean Havlin, 88, passed away December 28, 2025 at Effingham Care Center.

The Wichita, KS native was retired from H&R Block with over 30 years of service. She was a member of the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Margie loved her family and spending time with them, especially the grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Havlin; and her brother, John C. Harrison.

Survivors include her children, Penny Havlin Burris (Kelly) and Paul Havlin, II (Melanie); grandchildren, Benjamin (Lauren), Sarah (Hunter), Abigail, Harrison (Celeste), and Grayson; great-grandchildren, Waylon, Oakley, Banks, and Owen; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 3-4 pm Thursday, January 1, 2026 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 4 pm Thursday, January 1, 2026 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: 11 am Friday, January 2, 2026 at Beaufort National Cemetery.

Remembrances may be given to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
