Savannah – Marjorie Wyles Redd, 81, passed away August 24, 2024 at her residence.

The Effingham County native was a homemaker, she enjoyed cooking, going to the beach, and studying her bible.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Clifford Wyles and Alma Seckinger Wyles; her husband, William Biselle Redd, Jr.; her sisters, Ruby W. Rahn and Freida R. Rahn.

Survivors include her daughter, Heather D. Redd; niece, Dianne Hodges (Bernard); nephew, Dewey Rahn (Ruth); and a number of great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
