Mark Floreske, age 63, of Pembroke, passed away January 10, 2020.  Mark loved his animals, metal-detecting, and gardening.  He enjoyed fast cars and moonshine, and he was the best storyteller in the world.  He was hard-working and would help anyone at anytime. He was a good man. Mark worked as a carpenter with Yates-Astro for 30 years.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan, and his brother, Lawrence.  He is survived by his wife of over 41 years, Maggie Floreske, of Pembroke; son, Billy Blair, of Pooler; father, Donald (Bonnie) Floreske, of Ann Arbor, MI; brother, Russell (Susan) Floreske, of Tacoma, WA; sister, Donelle (Douglas) Goerlitz, of Brooklyn, MI; sister-in-law, Marina Floreske, of Newport News, VA; nieces, Jennifer (Aaron) Hess, Jamie (Daniel) Lock, Nicole (Ryan) Wingenfeld, Ashley (David) Talkington; Cara Floreske; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, January 22, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Western Sizzlin 230 Hwy 80 in Pooler.
