Martha Ambrose Brewster
Guyton- Martha Ambrose Brewster, 64, died Saturday, October 25, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Effingham County native was a retired Records Clerk for the Garden City Police Department for 20 years. She had attended Countryside Baptist Church and loved camping and travelling. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her dog.
Survivors include her husband, Woody Brewster; children, Melissa Ann Thompson (Andrew) and Randy Brewster (April); brother, Danny Ambrose (Ann); 7 grandchildren, Dalton, Lane, Faith, Gage, Whitney, Karson, and Kyle; an aunt, Edra Pierce (Bernie); and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday, October 27, 2014 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 4 pm Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Private
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Garden City Police Department, in remembrance of Martha Brewster, 100 Central Ave., Garden City, GA 31405.
