Sylvania - Martin E. Sowell, 70, passed away at The Oaks- Bethany in Vidalia on September 3,2021.
Survivors include his sister, Morgan Bottrell; brother, Ernest Sowell; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be private.
