Mary Lucinda "Cindy" Whitaker went to her heavenly home on May 28, 2022, after bravely fighting a devasting illness for many years.

She was born November 29, 1951, in Chattanooga, TN to the late John King and the late Betty Cooper.  She was a retired Phlebotomist having worked with several hospitals and most recently with Red Cross.

She is survived by her husband: Ron Whitaker; two sons: Adam (Marla) Harrison and Ross (Heather) Harrison; Two daughters: Ronda (Jimmy) Wells and Amy Whitaker; six grandchildren: Rebecca, Rachael, Jenna, Autumn, Fischer and Ashley; several great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law.

The visitation will be from 1-2 P.M. on Saturday June 4 ^th followed by the funeral at 2 P.M. in the chapel of the funeral home.
