Mrs. Mary Ann DeLoach, 72, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Memorial Hospital.

Mary Ann was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late John Harrell and Maggie Lee Hursey Harrell.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, L.G. DeLoach, her son, Michael Bessent, and a sister, Nell Douglas.  She was employed at Kroger's for 28 years and in her free time enjoyed going out to eat, going to movies, and shopping.  Most of all, she will be remembered for loving her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Lorie Hendley (Donald Rushing); grandchildren, Michael Christopher Bessent, Layton Bessent (Chloe Harrison), and Larkin Bessent (Blake Snowden); brother, Johnny Harrell (Jane); half-brother, Lee Harrell; several nieces and nephews, and her pride and joy, Charlie.

The memorial service to honor Mary Ann's life will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in the chapel of the funeral home.
