Obituary
Pooler-Mrs. Mary Virginia Morris, 83, passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Westview Nursing Home.
Mrs. Mary was born in Reidsville to the late Raymond & Lunabell Jernigan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ben Morris, and four brothers. She was a member of Westside Christian Church, loved spending time with children, enjoyed playing Bingo, and spending time with her friends at the Pooler Senior Citizens Center.
Survivors include her children, Mary & Ken Reddick of Pooler, Faye & Tom Jackson of Richmond Hill, Dale & Connie Morris of Richmond Hill, and Jacky Dean & Janice Morris of Rincon; grandchildren, Jason Reddick, Scott Reddick, Donna Davis, Tammy Luke, Stephen Dale Morris, Travis Morris, and Jarrod Morris; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Westside Christian Church located at 1106 Highway 80 East in Bloomingdale with visitation one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
