Springfield – Mary Fleonnie "Onnie" Howard Arnsdorff Derryberry, 90, passed away August 17, 2021 at Effingham Hospital.

The Screven County native was a member of Turkey Branch United Methodist Church.  She was employed at the garment factory, Arnsdorff's Abattoir, meat department at B & B Grocery, and Wilsons Bi-Right.  She enjoyed coloring, fishing, hunting, making hand made quilts, and shopping.  She loved eating crab and crab legs.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, J. Lavonne Arnsdorff and Marvin Derryberry; parents, Joseph and Ola Howard; daughter, Nita Arnsdorff; siblings, J.A. Howard, Mardell Mills, Dewitt Howard, Latrelle Howard, Lavert Howard, Mary Davis, Marcell Burnett.

Survivors include her daughters, Marsha (Dallas) Williams and Lynell Arnsdorff; 4 grandchildren, Dana (Tony) Rahn, Danielle (Joel) Stone, Brandi Fort, and J.W. Arnsdorff; 6 great-grandchildren, Jordan Rahn, Hannah Rahn, Layton (Morgan) Stone, Landon Stone, Bryson Stone, and Catie Rahn; sister, Louise Steed; half-siblings, Truman Howard, Bobby (Rita) Howard, Lois Rahn, Shirley (Bobby) Wilson, Cathy Brown, Tonya (Bill) Ramsey, and Tony Howard.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2021 at funeral home chapel followed by funeral services at 3 p.m.

Interment will follow in Turkey Branch United Methodist Church Cemetery.
