Mrs. Mary Frances Whitten, 91, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at her home.

She was born in Statesboro to the late Toy & Lillie Pearl Joiner.  She was also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Joiner, and brothers, Johnny Bruce Joiner.  She was a member of Ash Street Baptist Church, she enjoyed knitting and ceramics.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Whitten; her children and their spouses, Sharon Ray (Joel), Debbie Carr (Jim), Linda Goggins (Dan) and Deloris Boone-Mosley (Coy); grandchildren, Mandy Moore, Danny Johnson, Melissa Stanford, Darlene Fisher and Jamie Price; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Christine Wiley and Ruby Jackson; several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Saturday, November 10 ^th from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
