Port Wentworth – Mathew William Kelly, 15, passed away May 13, 2015.
Mathew was a passionate and loving young man. He has dedicated his young life to helping others, in keeping with his life ambition Mathew donated his organs to save the lives of others. May his gift of life and love, never be forgotten.
Mathew is survived by his parents, Donna Kelly (Mast) and Patrick Kelly; grandparents, Mary and Elmer Mast; aunts, Rosa (Rommel) Ford, Carol (Jake) Flathers, Kathleen (Louis) Concilio, Donna (Patrick) Duncheon, Debra Hatcher; uncles, Mark (Raida) Mast, Wayne (Tara) Mast; cousins, Christopher Mast, Ashley Mast, Tonia Ford, Braxton Ford, Ari Mast, Bentley Flathers, Lucrezia Concilio, Lily Ford; godparents, Paul and Barbara Dietrich; godsisters, Amy Dietrich, Amanda Beckham, Ariel Amerson, Michelle Dietrich; special family members, Kelsey and Spencer Todd, the Lewis Family, as well as all the military families that have touched Mathew's life.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
Interment will be private.
