Savannah-Matthew Bryan Cannon, 52, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Signature Healthcare.
He was born in Savannah to the late John William Cannon & June Smith Cannon Scheider. He was also preceded in death by his brother, John W. Cannon, Jr.. He was a member of Garden City Primitive Baptist Church and served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a musician, and a roofer.
Survivors include his children, Matthew Bryan Cannon, Jr., and Sydni Lindsay; grandchildren, Jayden Lindsay, Gregory Lindsay, III, and Riley Lindsay; sister, Lisa Brunk; step-father and step-mother, William H. & Virginia Scheider.
The memorial service will be on Wednesday, March 9 at 11 a.m. at Central Baptist Church located at 4010 Old Louisville Road in Garden City. The graveside service and burial will be on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Northside Cemetery in Pembroke.
