Matthew Wayne "Matt" Goodwin, 67, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at his home.

Matt was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by his father, James Conway "Jimmy" "Cowboy" Goodwin, Sr.  Matt was the owner/operator of Custom Concrete Products in Bloomingdale.  He enjoyed music, singing, playing golf and he loved life.  He was the ultimate optimist, but will be remembered most for loving his family.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Kay Goodwin; mother, Shirley White Goodwin; children, Grey Goodwin, Ashley Young (Brad), Rhett Morgan (Lori), and Jason Todd (Tiffany); grandchildren, Cameron Goodwin, Major Goodwin, Xandria Dean, Michael Morgan, Cooper Morgan, Blake Razook (Haley), Holden Young (Hailey), Noah Young (Mahalley), and Amelia Todd; great-grandchildren, Jensen Young and Reid Young; brothers, Jim Goodwin (Jane), Tim Goodwin (Lisa), Randy Goodwin (Donna), and Mark Goodwin (Dee Dee), as well as many nieces and nephews.

Matt's wishes were to be cremated and his family will have a private memorial service at a later date to honor his life.
