Mrs. Maureen Murphy, 77, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Maureen will be missed by her sons, Christopher Murphy and Ryan Murphy.

Maureen was born in Brooklyn, New York and was a nurse for many years at the New York Methodist Hospital, eventually overseeing their home care department.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis Sullivan and Kathleen Griffin Sullivan, brothers, John Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan, and her husband, Robert Murphy.

The memorial mass to celebrate Maureen's life will be on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church located at 1745 Benton Boulevard, Savannah, Georgia.
