Megan Angela Norris Devereaux, 26, of Culman, AL and a native of Effingham County, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Megan was a loving wife, an amazing mother, and avid dawg fan, a concert goer who loved rock n' roll, and an avid fisher. She was a homemaker and attended Countryside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Kolby Jayce Norris, grandparents, Eddie Jenkins, and Dale Norris.
Survivors include her husband, Daryl Joseph Devereaux; daughter, Mya Annalynn Devereaux; mother and step-father, Stacy & Harvey Hodges; father and step-mother, David & Jessica Norris; brothers, Andrew Norris and Brenden Norris; step-sister, Dakota Smith; grandparents, Barbara Jenkins, and Rev. David Norris; in-laws, Robert & Sharon Devereaux; uncle, Mark Jenkins and family; aunt, Tracy Sicay and family; brother-in-law, William Kyle Carter; sister-in-law, Jen Haynes
The memorial service will be on Saturday, May 27th at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 West Highway 80 in Pooler.
