Michael E. Bessent, age 47, of Guyton, passed away February 18, 2018 . He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas E. Bessent.  He is survived by his wife, Denise, Bessent; sons, Michael-Christopher Bessent, Layton Bessent; daughter, Larkin Bessent; stepsons, Christopher & Jacob Exley; mother, Mary Ann Deloach; sister, Lorie Ann Hendley; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Visitation:  5-6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with a memorial service at 6 p.m.  In lieu of flowers remembrances may be given to the Savannah Mission Bible Training Center.
