Ms. Mildred "Millie" Conner Gatch, 87, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at The Resorts at Pooler.

She was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Horace and Annie Conner.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Carl S. Gatch, and a brother, Thomas Conner.  After retiring from a long career with Morrison's in Jacksonville, Florida, she moved to Bloomingdale, Georgia to be closer to family.  She will be remembered for her vibrant personality, her cheerful, generous spirit, her outrageous story-telling, and her love of grandbabies and kitty cats.

Survivors include her sister, Martha Lou Adams; son, Thomas Anthony Gatch; five grandchildren, Louis (wife Kim) Gatch, Tiffany (husband Lynn) Jeffers, Stephanie (husband Adam) Webb, Daniel Gatch, and Laura Gatch, and seven great-grandchildren.

The memorial service to honor Millie's life will be on Monday, March 7, 2022 at 6 p.m. in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home - WEST CHATHAM CHAPEL - located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler, Georgia.
