Mildred Baker Williams
Springfield- Mildred Baker Williams, died November 10, 2010 at Hospice Savannah.
The Hart County native was a registered nurse, having worked at Telfair Hospital and in private practice. She was a member of Springfield United Methodist Church and was a founding member of Garden Gate Garden Club in Savannah.
Survivors include her children, Bernard Baker (ann) of Clyo and Jane B. Richardson (Rhea) of Columbia, SC; grandsons, Chris Baker of Savannah, Lee Baker of Clyo, Ted Richardson (Lauren) of Tampa, FL, and Kit Richardson of Columbia, SC; great-grandchildren, James Lee Baker and Lila Marie Richardson; a brother, Earl Herman Cheek of Perry; and numerous close nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service: 12 Noon Friday, November 12, 2010 in Bonaventure Cemetery.
