Miles Herman Bunch

Springfield- Miles H. Bunch, 69, died Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Memorial Health.

The Effingham County native was a member of First Baptist Church of Springfield and the Sowers Sunday School Class. He had served in the Army National Guard. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janet Bunch; parents, Julian and Laura Bunch; and brothers, David and Charles Bunch.

Survivors include his wife, Sally B. Bunch; daughter, Michelle Green (James); son, Miles H. Bunch, Jr. (Pam); granddaughter, Roxanne Green; step-grandchildren, Teresa Long (Jeremy), Ricky Morris, Jr., Jerry Hounshell (Summer), and Kevin Hounshell; step-great-grandchildren, Gracelynn Hounshell, Cole, Coen, and Cage Long; brothers, James, Stanley and Andy Bunch; sisters, Claudine Hodges and Linda Edwards; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday, May 18, 2012 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Saturday, May 19, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Springfield.

Interment: Stillwell Cemetery.
