Mrs. Nancy Beasley, 78, of Eden, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at Candler Hospital.
Mrs. Nancy was born in Register, GA to the late Roger & Pennie Lanier. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Beasley, and a daughter, Pennie Foster. She was a member of Powers Baptist Church, and retired from Servomation. She was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing, flowers, and her kitchen was always open.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Susan & Les Canney and Prinest & Denise Hammond; grandchildren, Erika Gonzalez Fabian Hammond, and Misty Harris; 7 great-grandchildren; 9 siblings, including Maurice Dunaway of Eden, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Powers Baptist Church located at 1104 U.S. Hwy. 80 in Eden with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
