Savannah-Mrs. Nancy McDonald O'Brien, 65, died on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Hospice Savannah.
Mrs. Nancy was born on April 19, 1947 in Savannah to the late Harrie E. & Sarah Helen McDonald. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond R. O'Brien and a sister, Carolyn Buttersworth.
Survivors include her children, Lynn O'Brien of Savannah; Kelly O'Brien (Angie Selman); grandchildren, Cierra, Kyler, Destini and Jasmine; brother, Harrie McDonald (Barbara) of Jesup; sisters, Shirley Bamburg (Hickman), Brenda Collins (Jesse) and Sherry Harrelson (Pastor Kenny), all of Savannah; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends, including her best friend since childhood, Gail Rahn Smith.
Visitation: 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Elkins Cemetery on Hwy. 204.
