Obituary
Brunswick-Ms. Nancy Johnson Pearson, 71, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Candler Hospital.
Ms. Nancy was born in Savannah to the late Frederick Peter Johnson & Lillian Marjorie Tippins Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her son, John Patrick McMullen and a granddaughter, Meredith Lane Wagner. She graduated from Groves High School and Georgia Southern College. She taught high school in both Chatham County and Camden County. She was of the Episcopal faith, and enjoyed both cooking and painting.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kelly McMullen Wagner & Daniel Wagner of Woodbine; grandchildren, Madison and Caroline Wagner of Woodbine; brother, Stanley J. Knight of Brooklet; cousins, Sandra T. Colquitt of Savannah, Jon D. Kennedy of Fort Worth, TX and Marion T. Brown of Baltimore, MD, and several nieces and nephews.
The graveside funeral and burial will be at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens located at 315 Greenwich Road in Savannah.
