Mrs. Nelly Kaufmann Wallace, 85, of Savannah, GA, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2022 at her home.

Nelly was born in Switzerland to the late Ernst Heinrich Kaufmann and Angela Sidoli Kaufmann.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael E. Wallace.  She moved to Savannah in 1982 and enjoyed the city.  She enjoyed singing and playing the piano.  She loved her volunteer work at Hospice Savannah and had a heart for helping others.

Survivors include three children, Robert H. Wallace (Stacy), Virginia Wallace (David Savitz), and Angela Wallace Driver; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Nelly's life will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 30 ^th at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery located at 1336 Dean Forest Road, Garden City, GA.
