Mrs. Nina Jones Dasher, 76, of Eden, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Candler Hospital.

Nina was born in Guyton, Georgia and had lived in Eden for a number of years.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Darby Dasher; her parents, Richard "R.C." Jones and Jessie Dotson Jones; sister, Patricia Coleman.  She was an advocate, and devoted her time for those with special needs with both Family Promise and United Way.  She loved being in her yard, gardening and working with her flowers.  She will be missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her children, Jason David Dasher, Sr. (Crystal); Dawn Maria West (A. Todd), and Chelsea Dasher; grandchildren, Tiffani Dasher, Jason David Dasher, Jr., GeorgiaAnn Dasher, Joshua West, Cameron West, Katie West, Kaylee Stille, Kortney Griffin, and Kristian Stille; great-grandchildren, Joshua "J.R." West, Charlotte Carver, Alyssa Gay, Jesse Tyler Scruggs, Jr., and Waylon Griffin; siblings, Richard "Richie" Jones, Mary Bowlsby, Carolyn Staples, Harvey Jones, and Bernie Jones, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Nina's life will be on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery located at 1336 Dean Forest Road in Garden City, Georgia.
