Obituary
Bloomingdale-Mr. Olin Monroe, 75, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2010 at the VA
Medical Center in Augusta.
Mr. Monroe was born in Oak Park to the late James & Evadell Monroe. He retired from
Union Camp and served his country in the U.S. Army. He loved sports and auto racing.
Survivors include his children, Linda Lattke, Johnny Monroe and Sharon Tremper, all of
Meldrim; grandchildren, Amber Monroe, Dalton and Joshua Tremper; sisters, Marilyn
Slater of Stillmore, Barbara Andrews of Augusta and Dorothy Lynn of Lyons as well as
several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 10 a.m. on Thursday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at
Westside Memorial Gardens on Adams Road in Bloomingdale.
