Faulkville-Mr. Otis Williams, 94, died on Sunday, May 27, 2007 at his home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Williams was born in Emanuel County to the late John Martin and Zorrah Williams. He had lived in Chatham County for a number of years before moving to Faulkville in 1970. He was a member of the Powers Baptist Church and a 50 year member of the Richard T. Turner Masonic Lodge # 116 F & AM. He retired from Union Camp. He was preceded in death by his son, Elton Lee Williams; a grandson, Donald Radford; four brothers and a sister.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Ruby Lee Williams of Faulkville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Geneva Hill of Brooklet and Margie & Leland Lewis of Faulkville; grandsons, Kenneth Radford of Brooklet and Willie E. Myers of Faulkville; granddaughter, Donna Thompson of Brooklet; six great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and one step-great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home.
Graveside Funeral: 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Old Canoochee Baptist Church Cemetery in Emanuel County with Masonic Rites.
