Springfield- Otto K. Bauner, Jr., 67, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at his home.

The Savannah native was a retired meat cutter, having worked for Winn Dixie and Kroger for a total of 40 years. He was a member of the Jenkins Boys Club, volunteered annually at the Jaycee Fair, and loved basketball, softball, bowling, and golfing. Otto loved his family and was a great provider. He was preceded in death by his son, James Eric Bauner.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Jean Bauner; children, Carolyn Atkinson (Jeremy), Christina Lee (Jamie), Otto K. Bauner, III, and Jason Bland, Jr.; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services: 11 am Saturday, January 15, 2022 in the funeral home chapel.
