Patricia "GAIL" Burrell Hathaway

Rincon – It is with great sadness that the family of Gail Hathaway announces her passing on March 2, 2018 at the age of 74 years.

The North Carolina native was employed many years at Chatham County and Effingham County Board of Education.

Gail will be lovingly remembered by her husband Homer "Bubba" of 28 years. Her sister Nancy Burrell;  her children,  Joey (Dawn) Fields and Scotty Fields.  The light of her life her five grandchildren; Annie, Aiden, Ashlynn, Addeline, and Gabe.

Gail is predeceased by her father and mother H.G. and Willie "Bunt" Burrell.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2018 with funeral services following at 11 a.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
